The Faxette's are Halifax RLFC's Senior Cheerleader Troop!

Sponsored by The Dance Mill, with key links to the CCCT, the Faxette's play an important part in match day entertainment, club events and coaching the junior cheerleaders, The Blue Belle's.

The Dance Mill has allowed the Faxette's to expand in 2010 and their involvement will help the group expand over the next few years.

The Blue Belle Cheerleader group is an entry into dance and an opportunity to dance on the Shay pitch on matchdays.

In the same way that Halifax RLFC wishes to development young athletes who will one day play for the 1st team squad, the Blue Belle aim is to produce young dancers who will one day dance and coach for the Faxettes.

With the association with the Coach to Coach Programme and Midnight League, we aim to produce young dancers who can progress into coaches, earning qualifications along the way.

The Blue Belle's is open to young people (both male and female) aged 6 upwards, with each age group striding for their own personal goals.

Training is at the Shay (East Stand Bar) every Thursday and follows the following schedule:

• 6 to 9's Mini's Fax Dance                                        5.30pm - 6.15pm
• 10 to 13 Fax Academy Dance                                  6.15pm - 7.00pm
• 14 plus 'Full Fax Dance and Cheerleading'                7.00pm - 7.45pm

It costs only 50p per person per session, and you will get to complete your routines at Half time for future Halifax RLFC Games
