Karl Harrison - Head Coach - Sponsor: Roger Harvey & Sue Harvey

Karl Harrison returned to the Shay in 2012 after 10 years absence, taking over Matt Calland as the Club's Head Coach.

The former captain, Great Britain player and recent Halifax Hall of Famer, returned looking to bring stability to a Halifax side that has seen a great deal of success in recent years.

He started 2012, the first in a three year contract, with the aim of building a solid foundation, both for current success and further down the line as the Club aims for another Super League bid!

In 2012 he guided the Club to it's first Northern Rail Cup success and to third place in the League

Lee Greenwood

Was a succesful player for Halifax RLFC  playing on the wing. He subsequently joined Batlet as a player and then became Batley's Assistant Coach under Karl Harrison. He was for a period the coach at Siddal ARLFC during the period when they won just about everything. He rejoined Fax as part of the coaching team when Karl Harrison moved to Fax in 2012.

He is currently coach of Calderdale College who in 2013 won the college Yorkshire Cup beating WakefieldCollege in the final

Martin Gonzalez - Head of Youth Development

Martin Gonzalez started with Halifax in 2000 and has undertaken a number of different roles from statitician, to his current role of Head of Youth Development Manager.

Currentlly he is in charge of the Club's Youth Development and is part of the first team match day set up.

Nigel Halmshaw - Conditioner

Nigel started at Fax on December 1st 2011 as the team's conditioner, having previously been at Bradford and Warrington.

He owns a gym, Planet Fitness, half way between Bradford and Halifax

Jim Gannon - Under 20s Coaching Staff

Jim retired as a player with Halifax RLFC at the end of 2012 and agreed to help coach the Junior teams in 2013.

He had a very succesful career starting in Australia with Balmain before representing Halifax, Huddersfield Giants, Hull KR, Widnes Vikings and Halifax for a second time.

He won the Northern Rail Cup with both Widnes and Halifax, and played in a Challenge Cup final for Huddersfield Giants at Twickenham.
