Delivery charges within the UK are not included within the cost of the product, except where otherwise stated. We reserve the right to charge overseas postage dependent on the product(s) ordered; you will be contacted by a Club representative before the order is accepted if this is required. Delivery service is by Royal Mail 1st Class. In most cases your product(s) will arrive within 5 working days of order acceptance, although you should allow up to 10 days. You will be able to track the progress of your order via your Order History using the link contained in your order confirmation e-mail.
Breakages/Damage - products should be examined on delivery for both condition and completeness/correctness of order. Any problems should be noted on the delivery note, and we should be advised as soon as possible, and at the latest within 48 hours of receipt.
Cancellation/Returns. You as the customer have the right to cancel any order by mail purchase, except for bespoke shipments, up to five days after receipt of the goods, conditional on the goods remaining in good condition. Goods should be returned in the same condition in which they were supplied (NB. no used goods can be replaced). Monies will then be refunded upon receipt of the returned goods.
If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us by telephone or email within 5 days of delivery to arrange collection and replacement/refund. Please inform us immediately if you have a complaint and we will endeavour to rectify the problem as soon as possible. Nothing contained in this guarantee affects your statutory rights.
